Responsible for leading both Sales and Operations functions to drive efficiency, strengthen execution, and support revenue growth. Ensures smooth end-to-end quote-to-cash processes, operational excellence, and strong commercial performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations including order management, logistics coordination, and fulfilment, ensuring high OTIF (on-time in-full) performance.
. Develop and refine operational processes, implementing KPIs to track cycle time, cost-to-serve, and customer satisfaction.
. Drive sales performance through pipeline management, disciplined pricing, and accurate forecasting.
. Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align commercial targets with operational capacity and efficiency.
. Manage and develop a cross-functional team, promoting strong collaboration between Sales and Operations.
. Ensure effective system usage and maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic projects.

Requirements
- 7-10 years of B2B sales experience in the marine industry with a strong track record of performance

. Maritime and logistics experience required
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
