Our client is a well-established multinational company in the construction and engineering industry is hiring for Sales & Business Development Officer. This role will support the sales team through the management of business development data, market intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain sales pipeline records, client and competitor information, as well as market intelligence data.
Responsible for improving operational efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making, and preparing reports and presentation materials for HQ
Maintain internal databases and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying manual processes and implementing automation solutions such as Power BI and Power Automate.
Prepare meeting materials, tender-related documents, and presentation decks.
Ensure proper documentation and data management in compliance with the Company's Management System.
Required Competencies
Min 3 years of experience in developing dashboards using Power BI and creating workflow automation solutions through Power Automate and Power Apps.
Familiarity with Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives and practices.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related disciplines
Prior working experience within the construction or engineering industry
