Job Description

As the SAGE Business Development Manager, you will join Singapore's fast-growing Sales and Distribution team. The position plays a significant role in Apple's sales performance and growth in SAGE. You will be responsible for enhancing capabilities, planning, and performance, leading projects, and scaling initiatives to drive short-term and long-term growth.

Description

  • Analyze and identify opportunities to enhance short and long-term performance.
  • Formulate plans with the country manager, account managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to improve business performance.
  • Lead special projects to drive sales growth (e.g., finance, lease, trade-in, solution bundles, enterprise deals, marketplace expansion).
  • Sales planning (including but not limited to managing, developing, and improving reports, analysis, insights, processes, and templates for effective performance management).
  • Develop compelling pitches and storylines.
  • Work cross-functionally for best-in-class execution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • We anticipate you will have an MBA/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving analytical skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options, and provide recommendations.
  • Robust business planning capabilities. Ability to work within and design processes that lead to developing innovative and commercially driven sales plans.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to senior-level executives. Able to simplify complexity and share insights and proposals.
  • Clear ability to engage and influence others, navigating diverse and demanding stakeholder groups, including C-suite.
  • Capable of working autonomously yet building, developing, and harnessing strong internal and external networks.
  • In-depth understanding of emerging/mature markets, multi-channel structure, business models, marketplaces, affordability, and financing.
  • Relevant work experience in strategy consulting, financial institutions, or business development is preferred.
