We are partnering with a leading B2B system furniture and workplace solutions provider, specialising in commercial and corporate environments. The business partners closely with architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality, functional, and design-led furniture systems for office and professional spaces. Due to business growth, they are now looking to hire a Sales / Business Development Manager to join the dynamic team!

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities while managing the full sales cycle with corporate clients, architects, designers, and project stakeholders. Working closely with internal design and operations teams, you'll deliver end-to-end workplace and system furniture solutions, from pre-sales engagement and quotations through to post-sales follow-up. The position requires a strong balance of hunting for new leads, expanding strategic partnerships, and farming existing accounts to maximise repeat business, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction in the commercial workspace sector.

As they are expanding the Sales team, they are open to candidates who are keen to take on Business Development or Account Management role.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 2 years of Business Development, Sales, and/or Account Management experiences, ideally within the Furniture, Interior, Light Construction, or Office/Home Furnishing industries. You will need to have good contacts with Developers, Architects, and/or Interior Design firms, with strong networking skills to bring in new customers. You will also need to have excellent interpersonal skills and proven track record of achieving sales targets.
