Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Regional Sales / Business Development Executive to drive our expansion across the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to exceed sales targets within your assigned territory. This role is ideal for someone with strong FMCG experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement and growth. Regular regional travel is required.
Responsibilities:
Implement effective sales strategies tailored to assigned territory, including identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects and existing customers.
Collaborate with the Team Lead to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, business partners, and key accounts.
Work closely with the Trade Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the territory.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Assist in forecasting market trends and sales performance track and evaluate sales KPIs and ROI.
Monitor sales performance and provide detailed reports to management with actionable insights and improvement strategies.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and market dynamics to remain competitive and relevant.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
