- Monthly Salary: up to $4500 + Allowance + Commission

Responsibility
- Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding performance targets while expanding distribution reach.
- Represent the company as an industry specialist, strengthening market presence within the construction sector.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed with effective solutions.
- Assess new customer potential, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights for management review.
- Establish and nurture networks with key stakeholders including developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress onsite, provide accurate material forecasts, and support operational efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with leadership on market trends, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
- Negotiate terms with dealers and customers, ensuring accountability for timely payments.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, addressing customer inquiries with tailored solutions.
- Provide training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers when required.
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or related industry
- Access to own vehicle for work-related travel
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
