Sales Associate (Utilities Services) Based Tampines or Toa Payoh SJN

Sales Associate (1 year contract, renewable)

Job responsibilities:

. Collaborate with ID team on specifying gas kitchen appliances for customers and cross sell gas water heater and clothes dryer

. Co-ordinate with the team on installation and turn-on process for customers

. Service walk-in customer enquiries at display kiosk and phone enquiries

. Explain product information as well as communicate the use of all products in the most professional and efficient way

. Achieve individual sales targets

. Participate in outdoor sales activities and roadshows when required

Requirements:

. Min. 1 year working experience (preferably in a retail environment)

. Sales and results driven, self-motivated and customer-centric

. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

. Able to work on 6-days work week which includes weekends and public holidays.

What the staff will receive:

. Monthly basic salary $2,500, fixed monthly allowances $150 + $150, completion bonus up to 1 month's basic salary

. Competitive commission structure (performance-based earnings) (The commission shall be payable from City Energy to the staff directly, not thru Recruit Express)

. Annual leave 14 days, medical coverage as per Employment Act
