Job Responsibility
1) Preparation of quotations, sales & delivery orders promptly to the customer.
2) Issue P.O. acknowledgement to customer and create order entry in system.
3) Collaborate with the planning team on escalations and pull in orders to maximize shipment
4) Coordinate shipment with logistics team and handle shipment issue
5) Maintaining Sales: Order intake into the ERP system for order triggering preparation.
6) Coordinate for all respective customer RFQs and ensure they are submitted on time in order to position ourselves to win the project for strategic customers.
7) Job sheet preparation for order launching to the internal team.
8) Inventory management, stock-take, Buffer stock, VMI, Kanban or Consignment Agreement
9) Coordinate and follow up with internal departments of customer open order and meet with the planner to obtain internal committed delivery and resolve issues.
10) Update Outstanding Sales Order list DAILY and send update to customer periodically.
11) Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
12) Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
13) Maintains customer records and documentation (DO / invoices) by updating account information
14) Send a weekly Outstanding Order Report (OOR) with committed date to customers
15) Prepare picking list & D/O for daily goods delivery
16) Any ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirement
1) Preferably with a diploma with Min. 3 years of customer service andorder entry experience
2) Experience in manufacturing industry is an addedadvantage
3) Strong spoken/written communication skills in English
4) Proficient in Microsoft office (Including Excel, PowerPoint and word)
5) Analytical and problem-solving skills
6) Knowledge in using an MRP/ERP system is an advantage.
