Sincere Watch Limited is a leading specialist retailer and distributor of exclusive timepieces. In view of our expansion plans in Changi Airport, we are now seeking a few highly committed and capable professionals to take on the position of Sales Associate in the travel retail sector.
Location:
Changi Airport, Terminals 3 & 4
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of products along with basic selling skills and recommendations
- Manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service
- Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times
- Build and develop a client database and maintain good relationships with clients
- Responsible for stock management and boutique maintenance
- Support team members in administrative duties such as updating of stock count & traffic count reports
- Processing of credit card & cash payments
- Update of after-sales records/transactions into the system
- Ensure strict adherence to all retail standard operating procedures
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury retailing
- Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player
