Job Summary
You will assist customers in selecting products, provide professional sales advice, and handle sales transactions accurately. You will build customer relationships, achieve sales targets, support inventory management, and maintain showroom presentation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Assist customers in selecting products by providing professional sales advice tailored to their needs
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
- Follow up on customer enquiries promptly and deliver excellent after-sales service to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including new arrivals and promotions, to inform customers accurately
- Ensure the showroom is well-presented and merchandise is attractively displayed to enhance customer experience
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and monitoring stock levels when required
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales industry
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:15 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:15 AM - 6:00 PM
- Work Schedule: 6-day workweek
- Rest Day: Every Sunday
