Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Deliver a professional, high-touch boutique experience. Build lasting relationships with collectors through personalised service and meticulous follow-ups.
• Product Consultations: Share the heritage, craftsmanship, and technical specifications of our timepieces confidently.
• Boutique Operations: Assist with day-to-day operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, housekeeping and POS handling.
• Digital Engagement: Assist in managing client inquiries via WhatsApp Business and email, as well as managing private viewing appointments.

Who We Are Looking For

This role is ideal for a mid-career professional or an experienced retail specialist looking for a stable, rewarding environment. If you are new to the world of watches but have a keen interest to build a career here, we will be happy to develop you as well.

• Professional Demeanour: Polished presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and a Mother Tongue language, to better serve our core client demographic.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in luxury retail or hospitality is highly preferred. A genuine interest in watches is a bonus.
• Cultural Fit: Mature, responsible, pro-active and self-motivated. You appreciate structured processes but thrive in a warm, non-bureaucratic work culture.
• Commitment: Looking for a long-term career anchor, not just a stepping stone.
