We are currently looking for a Sales Associate to join us in a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Recruiter to build and grow strong talent networks while supporting the delivery of outsourced technical solutions to our clients. This role combines candidate engagement, client relationship building, and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both recruitment and business interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen a robust network of candidates by actively engaging as a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist

• Source, engage, and nurture candidates through cold calling, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates to support current and future hiring needs

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent efficiently

• Build and maintain a network of clients to support the sale and delivery of outsourced technical and engineering solutions
