As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth through achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by engaging with customers in a friendly and personalized manner, addressing their needs, and resolving any concerns. The retail sales associate should be passionate about people and eager to develop new customer-service skills, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the store.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through personalized product recommendations and professional handling of inquiries and feedback.
- Achieve sales targets by proactive selling, cross-selling, and supporting promotions and events.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through stock monitoring, replenishment, and stock counts.
- Maintain store operations and visual standards, including cleanliness, merchandising, and daily opening/closing duties.
- Drive membership sign-ups and customer loyalty by promoting benefits and building strong customer relationships.
Experience And Skills
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience with a track record of meeting targets/KPIs
- Customer-focused with good communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
- Punctual, disciplined, and able to commit to rotating shifts (opening & closing).
