Job Description
- Identify and research target organisations and senior decision-makers across assigned APAC markets
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach through phone, email, and digital channels to generate sales opportunities
- Craft tailored messaging aligned to industry trends and prospect priorities
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to qualify business needs and assess opportunity fit
- Secure and schedule meetings for senior Sales Executives
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to support account planning and pipeline growth
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Associate, BDR should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- More than 1 year of exposure to sales, business development, lead generation, or client-facing roles within a quota-driven environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior professionals
- Structured and disciplined approach to managing outreach activity and follow-ups
- Research-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex organisations
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards defined KPIs
- Ability to operate effectively both independently and within a collaborative sales team
- Experience with CRM or sales prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, ZoomInfo and Sales Nav preferred.
