Job Description

Absolute Kinetics Consultancy (AKC) Pte Ltd officially opened for business on 18 April2001. AKC is an Approved Training Organisation appointed by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to provide a wide range of courses approved by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC), and Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to support AKC's business growth by managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and helping convert enquiries into long-term accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building strong client relationships, and growing business opportunities over time. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand needs, follow up on opportunities, and ensure a smooth sales process from enquiry to conversion.

Roles and Responsibilities

. Manage and grow client accounts by building strong working relationships

. Identify new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts

. Follow up on enquiries, leads, and client discussions in a timely manner

. Understand client needs and recommend relevant AKC courses, services, or solutions

. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up materials where required

. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover, fulfilment, and client support

. Track account activity, sales opportunities, pipeline movement, and follow-up actions

. Maintain accurate records of conversations, opportunities, and account progress

. Support revenue growth by converting leads into active business opportunities

. Help strengthen long-term partnerships through consistent communication and service

Requirements

. ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

. Good communication and people skills

. Confident, proactive, and willing to learn

. Organised and able to manage follow-ups

. Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility

. Experience in sales, customer service, retail, events, or client-facing work is a plus, but not compulsory
