Sales Assistant

(Senior/Sales Assistant) - 1 year contract

Reporting to the Store Manager, the role will assist in managing the daily store operations and maximizing sales.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales targets and help to achieve store targets
• Provide excellent customer services to clients
• Handle any enquiries or complaints, and provide professional feedback to customers
• Maintain the visual and merchandise displays in order according to corporate guidelines
• Participate in stock management
• Assist the Store-in-charge to prepare retail reports
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of sales experience in luxury retail industry; Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior position
• Pleasant, mature, service-oriented and high fashion sense
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages such Mandarin and/or Bahasa Melayu is an advantage to liaise with clients
• Proficient in computer literacy
