Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

. Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.

. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

2. Sales Management:

. Drive sales performance by setting achievable targets and monitoring sales metrics.

. Implement promotional strategies and ensure product displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.

. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

3. Customer Service Excellence:

. Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.

. Foster a welcoming and engaging environment for customers to enhance their shopping experience.

4. Inventory Management:

. Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is maintained and minimizing shrinkage.

. Conduct regular stock takes and coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock replenishment.

5. Store Operations:

. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

. Assist in visual merchandising and ensure that the store is well-presented at all times.

6. Reporting:

. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and staff productivity for management review.

. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency.

7. Compliance and Training:

. Ensure all staff are trained on company policies, product knowledge, and customer service standards.

. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Education:

. Minimum diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

. At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a focus on supervisory roles in luxury or fashion retail preferred.

Skills:

. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.

. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
