Sales Assistant (Retail) JL18

Location: Central or East

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers with purchases
• Handle transactions using the POS system and process payments
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Support promotional activities and engage customers in-store
• Ensure a smooth shopping experience and resolve basic inquiries

Requirements:

• Min 5 years retail experience
• Excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Passion for sales, customer service, and retail operations
