Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve ice-cream and bubble tea drinks according to our recipes and quality standards
- Cashiering and other kitchen duties as assigned.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Be involved in the opening and closing of the store (depending on the shift)
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of bubble tea preparation is a plus but not required (training will be provided)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Food Handling License is a bonus
