Job Description

. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenueand expense controls.

.Responsible for Sales & Business Development including new account development

.Meeting planned sales goals.

.Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effective strategies and solutions

.Meet minimum sales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables

.Tracking salesgoals and reporting results as necessary.

.Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

.Requireworking beyond office hours, weekends/public holidays as and when isrequiredby the Management

.Coordinatingwithmarketing on lead generation.

.Theongoing training of your salespeople.

.Developingyoursales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledgeeducation.

.Promotingtheorganization and products.

.Understandourideal customers and how they relate to our products.

.Relationshipbuilding with new and existing customers.

.Providebusiness development and strategic insight into specificmarketsegmentsdesignated by upper management.

Requirementsandskills

-AnyDegree/Equivalent Education with rich relevant experience

.Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization andproven ability tobuild strong professional relationships.

.Highlyorganized and able to multi-task

.Provenexperience in creating and executing detailed partner marketing plans.

.Systematicapproachto sharing knowledge and best practices across multiple teams.

.Analyticaltendencieswith a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to getthe bestresults possible.
