Forecast anticipated sales, meet sales quotas, and report sales performance to Management on a regular basis
As the key interface, plan, lead, coordinate, and organize tendering and post-tendering activities such as commercial and technical clarifications
Well-communicate with the customers/clients and colleagues, propose commercial offers, negotiate prices, conditions and contracts, and ensure PO fulfillment and cash collection with support from factory and engineering divisions
Engage closely with customers, capture, analyze and define their needs, and implement sales strategies and effective action plans for business growth and development
Lead, coach and train sales group staff
Achieve designated sales order and gross margin targets and lead major negotiations
Monitor progress of multiple projects and facilitate them through intensive communication with clients, partners and project members
Monitor logistic status for project delivery and facilitate the progress
Draft letters to clients/interfacing contractors/sub-contractors by instructions given by Management
Submit regular reports to Management
Coordinate and conduct professional marketing with our parent and/or group companies in overseas
Interface with related contractors and subcontractors in order to facilitate project progress
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 4+ years of technical and commercial experiences in sales and marketing management, preferably in Transmission & Distribution and railway industries
A team player with well-developed oral and written communication skills to work effectively across global organizations and build and maintain customer relationships
High proficiency in English
