Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Assistant Manager to support our sales operations, lead by example, and help grow our community.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Drive membership and class package sales by converting enquiries into loyal clients.
- Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through ongoing membership support.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coach and support the sales team to improve performance and customer engagement.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and onboarding of new sales team members.
- Work closely with instructors and studio staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate client records using the company's CRM and booking systems.
- Support promotional campaigns, studio events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Assist with day-to-day studio operations when required.
Requirements
- Recognized Pilates certificate
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Good time management ability.
- Positive attitude with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working on weekends, evenings, and public holidays when required.
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is highly desirable.
- Able to deal with customers with different education backgrounds
- Needs to work on standby mode (company mobile SIM card will be provided) to attend emergency matters
