Responsibilities Freight Forwarding Sales Assistant Manager is a key position responsible to engage, assist to lead the field sales team, providing leadership in maximizing sales and market share growth.
Expertise in logistics service consulting
Sales performance management
Familiar with Salesforce and various Dashboard concept
Highly adaptable for new business concept
Meet& exceed sales targets and key financial measures
Seek new customers whose profile matches the strategy defined by Sales team's direction.
Develop market share with existing customers to an agreed annual target
Set appointment and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels, including F2F, telephone, email, etc.
Maintain pipelines, respond to RFI in a timely manner and remain proactive to reply.
Effectively interacts with other departments including operation, finance, strategy etc
Study market status including competitors, carriers, manufacturers, shippers etc
Timely submit sales report to direct manager or higher level when required.
Liaise with potential customers on quotations, agreements, irregulars.
Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information
Maintain quality service through establishing and influence organizational standards
Possess a Diploma or Degree in any disciplines
Minimum 35 years of sales experience in logistics(FF) industries
Proven track record with 3 years of successful sales performance
Experience in B2B sales with the ability to build
Possess experience in selling Freight Forwarding in Air and Ocean Freight
Demonstrate competency in driving results, collaborating and influencing others
Excellent communicator, creative problem solver
Analytical approach to developing sales strategy
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of stakeholders
Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision
Mature, independent and able to work under pressure.
