Sales Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across retail and corporate channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retail partners, and distributors.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to expand customer base.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activities.
• Train and motivate sales teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor movements and emerging trends.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of sales or business development experience,
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing client accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore retail and corporate gifting markets is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
