Job Description
- Calculate and prepare monthly and ad-hoc quotations for customers
- Communicate with transportation forwarders to get the best rate and route for quotation purposes
- Prepare sales documents for customers and suppliers
- Prepare shipping schedules for customers to keep them up to date with their latest orders and materials
- Generate invoices for customers
- Prepare shipping documents for customers shipments
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative or operational duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
- Undertaking any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Company that are reasonably within your job scope.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or degree holder with1-2 years of working experiences
- Able to work independently, responsibly, and be a good team player
- Requires fluent level proficiency in English, and business level proficiency in Mandarin (※Cantonese will be a plus) to communicate with different counterparts.
- Willing to support overtime when needed (Overtime pay provided, up to 15 hours per month)
