Sales Assistant / Cake Shop Assistant / Service Crew (CAKE SHOP)

We are a cake company, specialising in elegant, wholesome cakes.

We are looking for Permanent / Full-time Service Crew for our Parkway outlet.

Position available

- Customer Service Crew

Working Hours

44 hours (5 days a week)

• 1 week 2 off days
• 2 days full shift
• 3 days 1 shift either morning or afternoon shift

Salary

Up to $3K, depending on experience and knowledge

Job Scope

- Attending to customers

- Processing customers orders of cake and beverage

- Housekeeping of outlets

- Receiving and displaying of cakes

- Barista skills are an advantage

- Manning the POS system

- Maintaining daily opening and closing procedures

Desirable qualities

- Good people skills

- Familiarity with the concept of good service

- Good organisational skills

- A positive attitude

- A passionate and cheerful personality
