sales assistant

Responsibilities:

a) Attend to walk-in customers and provide a high standard of customer service

b) Ensure that individual and outlet targets are achieved

c) Ensure adherence of outlet staff to all company policies / procedures, such as punctuality etc

d) Works closely with fellow shop assistants and develop good cooperation and teamwork

e) Ensure proper grooming standards which are in line with company's image at all times

f) Upkeep shop and maintain display standards

g) Ensure storeroom is maintained clean and neat at all times in accordance with company's guidelines/ requirements

h) Ensure that merchandise & visual display is adhered to HQ direction
