Sales:
. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for control valves and on-off valves.
. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, OEMs, and EPCs.
. Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Application Engineering:
. Provide technical support for customers, ensuring proper product selection and application.
. Conduct site visits, assessments, and troubleshooting as needed.
. Develop and present technical proposals, product presentations, and training sessions.
. Configure and size control valves and on-off valves for specific applications.
. Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements.
Technical Expertise:
. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
. Provide technical training to customers, sales teams, and distributors.
. Develop and maintain technical documentation, data sheets, and application guides.
Administrative:
. Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and sales reporting.
. Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
. Review technical & commercial contracts for compliance.
. Knowledge in ERP for Sales/Order management system.
. Provides support to meet business objectives and any initiatives with reference to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Operational Excellence (OE).
. Strong communicator and show excellent interpersonal skills and be results orientated.
. Other duties & responsibilities as assigned.
