Job Summary

You will develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships while managing sales activities and providing technical product support to deliver practical, cost-effective industrial networking solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand customer base
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support repeat business
  • Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements to facilitate sales
  • Plan and manage sales activities including client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to drive sales growth
  • Explain and demonstrate product features clearly to help customers understand benefits
  • Respond promptly to customer questions and provide suitable technical solutions
  • Assess customer needs and recommend practical, cost-effective product solutions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams on pricing, scheduling, and technical issues to ensure smooth sales processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Ability to explain technical concepts simply and clearly
  • Positive attitude, self-driven, and customer-focused mindset
