SALES & APPLICATION ENGINEER (Motion Control/ Automation)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales application support and technical assistance to customers and prospective clients.

• Deliver after-sales support services, including troubleshooting and technical backup for products and solutions.

• Promote products through telemarketing, product demonstrations, and various sales and marketing activities.

• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

• Manage and expand sales opportunities within the existing customer base.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in engineering sales, technical sales, or a related field.

• Prior experience in PLC and control automation, drives and motors, or sensor-related products is preferred.

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.

• Training on products, applications, and sales techniques will be provided.
