OST/Oxen is an IT technology company specializing in distributing and maintaining monitoring systems for construction sites, including noise monitoring, ECM CCTV, TSS, vibration monitoring, turnstiles, Skycam, and CCTV systems.

Job Summary

Drive sales growth by managing the full sales cycle for IoT products, delivering technical presentations, preparing tenders, and building strong client relationships in the construction monitoring systems sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct the full sales cycle from lead generation to transaction closure to achieve individual sales targets
  • Expand the customer base and increase market coverage through targeted outreach
  • Promote and sell the company's range of IoT monitoring products to prospective clients
  • Respond to sales enquiries and prepare accurate sales quotations promptly
  • Deliver pre-sales technical assistance and product education to support customer decision-making
  • Assist in developing business strategies and identifying new business opportunities
  • Prepare and negotiate tender and contract terms to align with client and company requirements
  • Provide after-sales support services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication
  • Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects to drive business growth
  • Support marketing initiatives by representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and events
  • Make technical presentations demonstrating how products meet client needs and solve problems

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience including prior experience with tender systems such as Gebiz
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
  • Proactive, self-motivated work attitude with a customer-oriented service mentality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Immediate availability or ability to start work on short notice
