Sales and Retention Consultant

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales and Retention Consultant.

In this role you will:

• Engage new and existing customers via non face-to-face channels on their loan and credit card needs.
• Identify and recommend the best loan and cards arrangement base on customer needs.
• Supported by digital journeys, to assist customer to complete the application and onboarding process.
• Deliver consistent and best-in-class customer service
• Meet HSBC compliance and control standards

To be successful you will need:

• A communicator - able to communicate and express well to deliver the best experience for the customer
• Motivated and Resilient: You thrive in a fast -paced and disciplined environment
• Empathetic and Energetic: You take the time to listen and truly understand your client's needs, nurturing and building strong relationships with customers. You take ownership and deliver on your promises
• Team Player: You are able to work both independently and also as a team and motivate those around you to deliver the best experience for the customer
• Basic computing skills like Microsoft word, Excel etc
• Prior sales experience would be advantageous but not essential
