Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and sales documentation
Support in project documentation submission
Support order processing and follow up on order status, deliveries and invoicing
Maintain and update sales & project records, customer databases and CRM systems
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution
Assist in organizing customer meetings, demos and sales events
Support market research, competitor analysis and customer data collection

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
Basic understanding of sales operations or business administration
Willingness to learn about technical products and B2B sales processes
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
