We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Project Executive to drive business growth while ensuring successful project delivery within the Automotive Solutions space. This role combines business development, client management, and project coordination, providing end-to-end support from opportunity identification to execution.
Key Responsibilities
1.Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Automotive Solutions (e.g., ADAS,EV Charging Systems, Passenger Information Display Systems - PIDS).
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer segments, and emerging technologies to uncover new opportunities.
2.Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive manufacturers, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology partners.
- Act as a key point of contact, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
3.Sales Execution & Deal Support
- Support the sales cycle including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop compelling value propositions aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover and execution post-sales.
4.Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
- Stay updated on advancements in automotive technologies to support solution positioning and differentiation.
5.Sales Forecasting & Reporting
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Track pipeline activities and provide insights on business development progress.
6.Project Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure all solutions are delivered on time and in accordance with agreed specifications.
Qualifications& Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Logistics, or related fields)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or project coordination, preferably within the automotive or related technology industry
Technical& Industry Knowledge
- Basic understanding of Automotive Solutions (e.g., ADAS, EV, PIDS) and industry landscape)
- Awareness of market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive environment
