Request the Tool & Part Piece Pricing Quotation from the Suppliers & Tool-makers. Prepare the Price Analysis to discuss with the Management before quoting to the customers .
Liaise with suppliers, and tool-makers on technical requirements, tooling development, DFM reviews, and project progress.
Coordinate tooling fabrication, sample trials, First Article (FA) sample submissions, and approval processes.
Follow up on project schedules to ensure timely completion of tooling, samples, and customer requirements.
Handle technical discussions and provide support to customers and suppliers regarding product development and quality matters.
Coordinate corrective actions, 8D reports, and CAPA activities for customer quality complaints when required.
Support customer enquiries relating to NDA, RoHS, REACH SVHC, California Proposition 65, ISO requirements, and other compliance matters.
Visit customers and suppliers when necessary to support project and business requirements.
Follow up Sample Trial for Plastic or Rubber Transfer Tools (internally) with the Suppliers & Factory and provide Approval to the Suppliers & Factory.
Follow up with Overdue Payments with the Customers.
Perform any other duties or ad-hoc assignments assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification : Diploma or above.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Sales functions and ability to understand 2-D engineering drawings, Mechanical Engineering background will have an added advantage.
Good computer skills especially in MS Office Software.
Possess excellent personal interaction skill.
Initiative, Meticulous and Detailed.
Able to work independently with the team and committed.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Additional language proficiency may be required to liaise with overseas customers and suppliers and to review technical documents in their original language.
