Job Description

As we expand our footprint in Southeast Asia, we're seeking a dynamic Sales and Product Specialist to drive growth and innovation in this vibrant region. This is a hybrid role combining technical product expertise with strategic sales execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Managing Director in driving sales, shaping product strategy and ensure marker alignment across SEA.
  • Be the regional champion to drive sales revenue and product growth of network solutions portfolio across SEA market.
  • Ability to plan product roadmap, strategize product positioning and execute product sales plans.
  • Localize product offerings to meet regulatory, cultural, and business requirements in SEA markets.
  • Handling deal structuring, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clients & business associates, to explore business opportunities.
  • Stay current with latest developments, technology trend and competitor positioning.
  • Support initiatives to improve customer experience for users of our products and services.
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in sales and product management, business development or similar role.
  • Candidates possess work experience in data centre interconnection, dark fibre services and IP services, is a plus.
  • Skilled in managing the full product lifecycle, applying customer-centric, data-driven, and design-thinking approaches.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and launching products in SEA markets.
  • Ability to influence and build productive cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Results-driven, excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
