Job Description
- Support the team in the order fulfilment process, from receiving orders to ensuring that the orders are delivered to our customers
- Handle products enquiries
- Enter sales orders into order management system
- Print out pack lists and ensure that orders are prepared on time
- Prepare invoices and print out report for delivery team
- Handle post order fulfilment administrative tasks
- Work closely with the director to drive digitalisation and change in the company
- Other ad-hoc duties and projects
Requirements
- Degree or diploma. No prior work experience required. Training will be provided
- Attention to details and precise in work
- Able to read and write English and Mandarin
- Good attitude and customer oriented
- Good to have: problem solver, inquisitive, proactive
- 5.5 days work week: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm, Saturday 8am - 12pm (timing can be flexible)
Work location: Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre (6 minute walk from Haw Par Villa MRT)
