Sales Administration Support:
- Respond to customer queries regarding orders and status via email or phone.
- Support the sales team in RFQ verification, quotation, order processing, and delivery schedule monitoring, and payment (invoice) follow-up.
- Checkstock status, new prices, and forecast updates
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports on sales activities.
- Work with the Sales Operation, Logistics & Production teams to resolve inquiries related to stock status, orders, and RMAs.
- Other ad hoc duties / projects assigned by superior and management
Office Administration Support:
- Manage office contracts, rental agreements, and maintenance.
- Handleair ticket and hotel bookings.
- Provide general office administration support as needed.
- Other ad hoc duties / projects assigned by superior and management
