Job Description

Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our pest control business cross commercial, residential, and industrial clients. The role involves driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, follow-up, and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage customer accounts and assist the Customer Service team with service, delivery, or quality-related issues.
  • Conduct site inspections, prepare proposals, and follow up on quotations to successfully close deals.
  • Analyse customer projects, sales trends, and market developments to identify potential growth areas.
  • Review and input customer forecasts into sales reports.
  • Prepare and update weekly sales forecasts, monthly KPI reports, and other performance documentation.
  • Participate in RFQ (Request for Quotation) discussions to prioritise and manage quotation tasks.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process RFQs, issue quotations, and monitor approval and contract activation progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pest control or related service industry.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possesses a valid driver's license and own transportation
