Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Singapore. The specialist will oversee daily sales activities, manage relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, and coordinate with teams to execute effective sales and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities also include providing customer service, sales management, and conducting training sessions for team members. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting and exceeding targets
• Experience in providing product Training and guiding team members on best practices
• Strategic and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Relevant experience in the commercial refrigeration or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
