Responsibilities

. Lead sales and business development activities for the assigned market/territory.

. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve targeted sales results.

. Participate in market exploration and discussions based on customers requirements.

. Work closely with customers and build long term partnership.

. Actively explore new business opportunities and expand market share across key industries.

Requirements

. Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant Major

. Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)

. 8 years of experience in the manpower industry

. At least 3 years of experience in market and business expansion

. Proven sales capabilities
