Job Description
Sales:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.

Marketing:

- Oversee market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget and ROI analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
