Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will assist in developing marketing campaigns and sales strategies, assist with product design execution and planning, engage with customers to enhance their experience. You will also monitor market trends, aid in conducting market research, and collaborate with various teams to achieve overall business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Build, update, and maintain our website to ensure a seamless user experience
• Support and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and traffic
• Create engaging social media content (posts, visuals, captions, campaigns)
• Assist in product design concepts, packaging ideas, and visual storytelling
• Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Conduct market & competitor research and reporting

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to support business goals and drive customer satisfaction
• Experience or interest in Training activities to share knowledge and enhance team performance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
