Role Description This is a hybrid Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The intern will support daily sales activities, including responding to member inquiries, assisting with membership sign-ups, and following up on leads.

Responsibilities include contributing to marketing campaigns, helping manage social media content, and supporting promotional events and partnerships that drive brand awareness and membership growth. The role also involves providing customer service at the gym, gathering feedback, assisting with training-related communications, and preparing basic reports on sales and marketing performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for engaging with members, prospects, and internal teams.
• Customer Service experience or aptitude to provide a positive, responsive member experience.
• Interest or foundational skills in Sales, including lead follow-up and membership conversions.
• Exposure to or interest in Training and Sales Management concepts within a fitness or wellness context.
• Enthusiasm for fitness and functional training; familiarity with gym or sports environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Singapore, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic digital skills, including use of social media platforms and office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is an advantage.
