Internship Overview

What You'll Do
You'll be immersed in the full sales and marketing lifecycle, with responsibilities that include:
- Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Content & Collateral Creation: Assist in developing compelling sales and marketing materials-including pitch decks, proposals, and promotional content-aligned with company goals.
- Client & Market Engagement: Participate in client meetings, promotional activities, and business development efforts to gain frontline experience.
- Strategy & Brainstorming: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and help implement innovative marketing and sales strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign KPIs, measure performance, and help compile insights to optimize future strategies.
- Lead Generation Support: Contribute to lead generation efforts through digital initiatives, networking events, and trade show support.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Organized, proactive, and full of creative ideas.
- Strong communicator, confident interacting with both teammates and clients.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using social media platforms professionally.
- Hands-on experience with marketing campaigns or promotions is a strong plus.
- Curious about market trends, sales strategies, and consumer behavior.
- Able to commit to a minimum 4-month, full-time internship from Dec 2025
