Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented SalesManager to join our regional sales team. In this role, you will be responsiblefor crafting and executing strategic sales plans, working in a high-performingsales team, nurturing key client relationships, and uncovering new businessopportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
  • Create compelling sales and marketing materials to support business development efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Represent the company in overseas business meetings, product presentations, and trade exhibitions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Advance Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the security, electronics, or IT sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
  • Technical knowledge of IT and electronics is a strong advantage.
