Sales and Marketing Executive

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms.
• Create content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials to promote our services and employer brand.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Support in managing our company's social media presence by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for marketing initiatives and competitor analysis.
• Assist in coordinating marketing events and activities, both virtual and in-person.
• Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Help maintain our website and update content as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn from campaign performance data.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.

Preferred:

• Previous internship, freelance, or campus experience in marketing, social media, or content creation is an added advantage.
• Experience with graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut is a plus.
