Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies and supporting sales initiatives to maximize profitability. Your innovative approach will shape product positioning and enhance customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze the marketplace, focusing on competitor products, pricing, and sales strategies.
  2. Develop and implement marketing strategies, including product positioning and messaging.
  3. Coordinate advertising and promotional activities, such as product launches and training sessions.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to highlight product features, benefits, and pricing.
  5. Manage marketing, sales, and product P&L to ensure financial success.
  6. Foster partnerships to achieve sales objectives.
  7. Handle sales and inventory management as well as purchasing.
  8. Drive business development to reach sales, market share, and profit goals.
  9. Create and present business performance reports, including sales and inventory data.
  10. Oversee dealer inventory through effective sell-out activities.
  11. Monitor promoters performance, deployment, and sales targets.
  12. Strengthen relationships with customers and retail outlets.
  13. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable for customers.
  14. Execute ad-hoc tasks related to business operations.
  15. Communicate monthly sales targets to individual promoters.
  16. Assist with promoters leave applications, coordinating with the HR team.
  17. Support the sales team in generating monthly reports.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or degree in Marketing or Business.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
  3. Experience with consumer products is advantageous.
  4. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
  6. Knowledge of Business Accounting P&L is beneficial.
  7. A collaborative team player with strong analytical and presentation skills.
  8. Channel sales experience is a plus.
