Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand our student enrolment base in Malaysia. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for executing localized B2C marketing strategies, managing student lead pipelines, and converting prospects into active subscribers. This role requires a blend of creative promotional outreach and strong consultative sales skills to engage effectively with parents and educational partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Lead Conversion
- Conduct consultative sales calls and presentations to parents to pitch the benefits of the Spartan Maths program.
- Follow up promptly on incoming leads generated from digital marketing campaigns, free trials, and diagnostic tests.
- Guide parents through the enrolment process, helping them select appropriate subscription tiers or assessment book packages.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly student acquisition and sales revenue targets.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer profiles and interactions within the CRM system.
Marketing and Lead Generation
- Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels in Malaysia.
- Manage local social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Coordinate and represent the brand at local educational fairs, parenting workshops, and school events to build a strong community presence.
- Gather student success stories and local testimonials to create compelling promotional content.
- Collaborate with the regional product and content teams to align marketing materials with regional goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in B2C sales or marketing, preferably within the EdTech, enrichment, e-learning, or education sectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage to communicate with diverse local communities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and running lead-generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media management, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid team environment.
