Sales And Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in all daily tasks and matter within the Sales & Marketing
• Department.
• Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in our Company, including identifying potential customers
• and projects, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and
• contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to
• Company pricing policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while supporting customers in their project
• requirements and enquiries.
• Relentless pursuit of new projects and markets to optimize the deployment of our Company assets and
• achieve sales targets set by our Company.
• Coordinate with Operations Department and customers in scope of work and project executions as
• well as responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers as
• soon as possible.
• Support Operations Administrations Executive to prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims
• and statement of accounts to customers punctually as well as facilitate prompt receive of payment
• from customers and final accounts for completed projects.
• Refresh Company website and marketing materials frequently and organize marketing initiatives to
• increase customer engagement and awareness.
• Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities as well as generate monthly
• reports for Management.
• Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and
• improvements of the system.
• Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government
• regulations and ISO standards.
• Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.

• Singaporeans ONLY 
• Diploma or degree in any field of study.
• 30% Sales 70% Marketing 
• Well-groomed individual with strong interpersonal, communication and written skills 
• Team player with strong work ethics, initiative and ability to multi-task under tight timelines.
• Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as AutoCAD will be an
• advantage.
